01. TeenPornStorage.com (the "Site")
You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before you can use the Site. By purchasing a membership or using the Site you become a subscriber and thus agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") between you and Perfect Allianz LLP (the "Company"), 8 Buckingham Mews, Sutton Coldfield, UK. This Agreement is subject to change at any time. You acknowledge and agree as a subscriber to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of any changes or modifications. Your continued subscription constitutes your acknowledgement of any changes or modifications to this Agreement and you agree to abide and be bound by the modified Agreement.

02. Billing details. Payments for subscriptions, products, and services offered through the Website are securely processed by our authorized billing partner, Verotel B.V. ("Verotel"), acting as the Website's payment processor.
Unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, the Subscriber authorizes Verotel to charge the Subscriber's selected payment method (including a credit card or any other approved payment method) for the applicable subscription fees, recurring membership charges, and any additional purchases made through the Website.
Memberships are personal to the Subscriber and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
The Subscriber agrees to promptly notify Verotel of:
any change to the expiration date or other details of the payment method;
any change to the billing address;
any suspected unauthorized use of the Subscriber's account or payment credentials.
Until Verotel is notified of any unauthorized use or security breach, the Subscriber remains responsible for charges incurred through the account.
Upon request, Verotel will make available billing records relating to transactions processed on behalf of the Website.

03. Pricing Information. Subscription fees and applicable billing periods are displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method provided at the time of purchase until cancelled.
Subscribers may cancel the automatic renewal at any time through Verotel's Customer Support.
Any trial membership offered by the Website will clearly disclose its duration, price, renewal terms, and the price of the subsequent recurring subscription before purchase.

04. Cancellation.A Subscriber may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the membership management interface provided on Verotel Website.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund of charges already incurred unless otherwise provided in the Refund Policy.
The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

05. User ID and Password. Subscribers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.
Unauthorized access to another person's account, or any attempt to circumvent the Website's security measures, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access.
The Website cannot disclose or recover existing passwords. Password reset procedures are available where supported.

06. Refund policy. Refund requests may be submitted within ninety (90) days of the original purchase by contacting Website Support at support(at)teenpornstorage.com or Verotel Customer Support.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Where approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The Company reserves the right to deny a refund where:
substantial use of the Services has occurred (including downloads exceeding 10 GB);
the Subscriber has violated these Terms, including unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of copyrighted content;
fraudulent, abusive, or chargeback-related activity is suspected.
Upon issuance of a refund, the applicable subscription and access to the Website may be terminated.

07. Any liability of the Company, including, without limitation: any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft, destruction, alteration, or unauthorized access of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to the Site for the preceding 12 months. Some states/provinces do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

08. No warranty is made by the Company regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Site, and the Company hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including, without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services, and; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the above exclusion may not apply to you.

09. Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all displayed materials are copyrighted by the Site and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Site, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.

10. In our members' area you are not allowed to use proxies, anonymizers, and any other software concealing the real user. Any attempts to enter the site anonymously will lead to banning of your account. If for some reason you need to enter the site anonymously, you must inform our support team about this and submit a list of IP addresses from which you are going to enter the site.

11. The access to members' area is granted to one person from one country, you may not share it with your friend or relative, or any other third person. Our security software monitors this.

12. If you travel a lot, you may enter the members' area from different countries, but please be prepared to receive additional verification requests from our scripts, in order to make sure that you are exactly the customer who paid for the access to the site.

13. We do not allow using any special downloading software and plugins in our members' area, for the purpose of traffic overload protection. During your membership period you may download files from our site without any restrictions, but using only your web browser. However, as soon as your membership expires you must delete all our content from your hard drive. Our content is available for your temporary use only, while you are a member of our site. All copyright for the content is reserved by TeenPornStorage.com, and if you want to use it somewhere you must get a written permission from the Site.

14. The Site does not market, promote, advertise, or otherwise represent that it contains any content depicting child sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual sexual activities. The Site does not use, encourage, or permit metadata, keywords, search terms, tags, or other indexing methods that could reasonably suggest that such content is available through the Site.

15. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Assignment. Company reserves the right to assign any or all of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party without prior notice or consent from subscriber.

17. Complaint Policy. All complaints are handled fairly, consistently and wherever possible resolved to the complainant's satisfaction, you can file complaint by contacting us at support [at] teenpornstorage.com
We take complaints extremely seriously.
- If illegal/unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.
- All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.

18. Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. The Company is committed to conducting its business ethically and with respect for human rights. The Website maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, coercion, and abuse in any form.
The Site shall not be used to promote, facilitate, advertise, organize, recruit for, or otherwise support any activity involving: human trafficking; sex trafficking; forced labor; exploitation of vulnerable persons; coercion; abuse; commercial sexual exploitation; any unlawful or non-consensual activity.
The Company prohibits users from uploading, publishing, advertising, promoting, or distributing any content that encourages, depicts, facilitates, or profits from such activities.
Any account or content found to violate this Policy may be suspended or terminated immediately and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
The Company reviews reports of suspected violations promptly and cooperates with competent authorities where legally required.
Reports concerning suspected human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse are treated as high priority and are reviewed without undue delay.

19. Use of the Term "Teen". Any use of the term "teen," "teenager," or similar terminology on the Site refers exclusively to adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and, where applicable, between eighteen (18) and nineteen (19) years old. Under no circumstances does such terminology refer to minors or persons under the age of eighteen (18). The Site does not use the terms "Teen" or any similar expressions in a manner that suggests, implies, or depicts minors. Any age-related terminology refers exclusively to adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. All models, performers, and persons depicted on the Site are verified to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created.

20. Content Monitoring. We implement rigorous user verification processes to ensure that all models featured on our platform are of legal age and have provided their consent willingly and knowingly.
We require valid identification documents and conduct regular audits to verify the authenticity of model and artist information.
The Company requires that all performers participate voluntarily and provide informed consent. The Company does not knowingly permit content involving coercion, force, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse. Our content moderators regularly reviews content to ensure it meets all internal and legal standards.
Content that promotes, facilitates, depicts, or profits from human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, abuse, or modern slavery is strictly prohibited.

21. Third-party links Policy. The Site may contain links to websites that are not owned, operated or controlled by Company or its affiliates. Third-party links will be removed if those links are found to contain violating contents. If 3rd party links offer contents beyond the Site control/monitoring capabilities (e.g: link to external camsites), they will be removed.
